La Fontana’s pasta is homemade pasta, italian, with italian ingredients. Our pasta recipe is the best authentic italian recipe, passed on from generation to generation.

When our beloved customers come to our restaurant, they always try our home made italian pasta. Our Sachettini al tartufo (with smoked salmon), our Gnocchi that can have pesto sauce, four cheese sauce or bolognese sauce, our Risotto al Mare Monti (Served with porcini mushrooms & shrimps) are among our customer’s favorite italian pasta. Cooked and served to perfection, our pasta menu offers a large selection of pasta: Ravioli alla Zucca (Pumpkin ravioli served with bolognese sauce or butter and sage), Spaghetti ai frutti di mare (contains incredibly delicious mussels, clams, shrimp, scallops in tomato sauce), Spaghetti con polpettine (meatballs and tomato sauce, extra virgin olive oil and parmesan cheese), Tortellini alla boscaiola (Meat tortellini with green peas, prosciutto di Parma, and mushrooms in a cream sauce), Lasagna alla bolognese (Bolognese meat ragu, bescamelle and parmesan cheese).
